We are now looking for a residential support worker for our team at Nytida supported housing on Brunnsgatan. We offer training and a developing job where you make a difference! The position is a part-time role (90%).
About supported housing Brunnsgatan Supported housing Brunnsgatan is aimed at boys and girls between the ages of 16–20 who have psychosocial challenges. We offer individual, qualified support at various levels and work in a solution-focused manner. The young people live in our stairwell housing or in satellite apartments. Our work is based on the young people's current level of functioning, and we develop support that strengthens their abilities.
We provide young people with support in daily life, including contact with authorities, schooling, internships, daily chores, and household tasks, with the long-term goal of helping them become as independent as possible.
About the role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with personal care, meals, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, weekends, and for sleeping on-call duties.
Your experience and knowledge We would prefer that you have at least a two-year education in social work or care, or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Experience working with this target group is an advantage. However, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team, supporting your colleagues, and always have the best interests of our users as your starting point in everything you do.

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
Start date: 2026-08-01 or as agreed.
