The Role

Regin is in an exciting growth phase, and now you have the chance to become an important part of our customer service and inside sales team! We are looking for you who want to be part of a success journey where your contribution is crucial for both our success and that of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email
  • Order processing
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve more complex cases
  • Prepare and provide technical quotations and proactively follow up on these
  • Attend to customers in our office shop, Regin Center
  • Document and update our knowledge bases and FAQs

Who are you?

You have experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably with technical content. To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have some type of technical background or a technical interest.

We see you as a self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented person with strong internal drive, capable of working well both independently and in a group. You have the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new tasks and systems.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education
  • Experience in customer service, preferably with a technical focus
  • Technical understanding and the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient computer skills and good knowledge of the Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within building automation
  • Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365
