Are you a trained lawyer and wish to support an agency in central Gothenburg? Do you have good knowledge of laws and regulations? Then we have the job for you!

The Swedish Inspectorate of Work Environment and Health (IVO) is currently looking for three lawyers who want to support their operations for approximately five months. The main tasks will include working with confidentiality assessments of documents related to requests for access to public documents, handling appeals against disclosures, handling cases regarding disclosure within private operations, handling cases regarding the handling of medical record archives, supporting managers and employees in legal matters, and conducting minor legal investigations within the field. Other tasks may also occur.

Responsibilities

• Work with confidentiality assessments of documents related to requests for access to public documents.
• Handle appeals against disclosures.

• Conduct minor legal investigations within the field.

Qualifications

• Master of Laws degree, law degree, or equivalent education.
• At least one (1) year of professional experience as a lawyer.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to quickly analyze and conduct legally secure confidentiality assessments.

Good knowledge of:

• The Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL).
• The Freedom of the Press Act (TF).
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in relation to disclosure.
• The Administrative Procedure Act.
