ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Junior Project Manager within production, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient production flows and coordinating activities related to delivery, planning, and execution. You will work closely with project managers, production, purchasing, and other internal functions to ensure that projects and production activities are driven forward according to plan.

The role involves varied work where you are responsible for coordination and follow-up within production and delivery. You will work both operationally and administratively with a focus on quality, structure, and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project managers in production-related projects and activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on production planning, deliveries, and material flows.
• Ensure that relevant information reaches production and other internal functions.
• Follow up on activities related to schedule, quality, and delivery.
• Handle administration and documentation related to projects and production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvement work and the efficiency of internal processes.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have relevant education in areas such as production, logistics, industrial economics, or similar.
• Have experience (3–7 years) in production planning, project coordination, supply chain, or similar operations.
• Have good administrative and organizational skills.
• Have experience working in ERP systems, such as SAP, IFS, or similar.
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.

PREVIOUSLY:

• Experience from manufacturing industry or technical operations.
• Experience working in a project-oriented organization.
• Knowledge in supply chain, purchasing, or material planning.
• Interest in process development and improvement work.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's premises.
