We are looking for an engaged and responsible preschool assistant for a part-time position at 80 %. Here, you will work in a preschool where the children's curiosity, interests, and abilities drive us forward. We work with small child groups, project-based learning, and a clear structure that supports each child's development.

You will plan, implement, and document the pedagogical work together with colleagues, with special responsibility for project group work. You are expected to be involved in reflecting on and developing the operations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschool (Lpfö 18, revised 2025).
• Actively works with TAKK (Total Communication), visual supports, and clarifying pedagogy.
• Has a low-affective approach and meets children based on their individual needs.
• Dares to be self-critical in their actions to develop their attitudes.
• Enjoys working both indoors and outdoors throughout all seasons of the year.
• Has good cooperation skills and is confident in contact with guardians.
• Sees the value in documentation and reflection, both at the group and individual level.

Meritorious qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience as a preschool assistant.
• Experience with Green Flag, outdoor pedagogy, and project work.
• Experience working with clear structures and routines, as well as with children in need of support.
