We are now looking for an experienced Digital Project Management Coordinator for a comprehensive and socially important infrastructure project in Stockholm. This assignment is suitable for you who have solid experience in digital transformation, information management, and coordination within large construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects, and who thrive in complex project environments with many stakeholders.

About the assignmentIn the role of Digital Project Management Coordinator, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the project's digital working methods and information processes within complex construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects.
You work closely with project management, technical disciplines, and external actors with a focus on information management, BIM, GIS, data, digital development, and coordinated deliveries.
You will among other things:
- Lead and coordinate the project's digital working methods and information processes
- Be responsible for information process management, process control, and coordinated delivery management
- Supervise, support, and follow up on resources within the digital coordination function
- Ensure structure, quality, and traceability within data, BIM, and GIS management
- Coordinate information flows and digital deliveries between different disciplines
- Collaborate with project management, technical areas, and external suppliers
- Ensure compliance with requirements regarding information security and digital working methods
- Create and maintain governing documents regarding BIM and information management
- Establish and structure information environments in project portals
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on coordination meetings regarding digital issues
- Support specialist roles within BIM, GIS, and data coordination
- Participate in procurements and specification of requirements for digital deliveries and information management
- Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and collaboration within the project organization
The assignment is carried out in a complex project environment with high demands on coordination, structure, and quality.
Requirements ProfileCompulsory Requirements
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- A university degree in engineering or a qualified university college degree in engineering within technology, construction, or infrastructure
- Experience in data-driven business development where the consultant has had a leading role for at least three resources in at least two infrastructure or civil engineering projects with a project budget over 500 million SEK
- Experience in digital change processes and introduction of new working methods, as well as coordination between different business areas
- Experience in introducing or developing digital working methods, systems, or information models in a leading or coordinating role
- At least two years of work experience from construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects over 200 million SEK where the consultant has been responsible for BIM, GIS, or data-driven information management
- Experience in leading personnel, coordinating, or quality assuring deliveries within BIM, GIS, or data-driven information management
- Experience in leading a work group and coordinating at least three other resources in planning and follow-up
- Experience in leading or coordinating digital transformation in projects where there are requirements for digital management, such as introduction or compliance with digital management methods, information models, or structured data deliveries to management
Meritorious Qualifications
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience of having been in an organization or project regarding information processes, process management, and delivery management concerning data-driven information-based models within management, BIM, and GIS
- Experience of working in a coordinating role according to established project models such as PMI, XLPM, or corresponding at a supplier or public client
- Experience of having worked and implemented working methods according to ISO 19650 Organization and digitalization of information for the built environment, including building information modeling (BIM) – Information management using building information modeling
- Employment with Edge of Talent with security and support throughout the assignment
