As a Business Developer at Frösunda Omsorg, you work broadly within our Care business area, which covers operations within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and SoL (Social Services Act). You work closely with operational managers, regional managers, and support functions to drive development, improvements, and startups that strengthen the quality of our operations.

The role is both strategic and operational. One day you might be analyzing a development need together with a regional manager or other support functions within the business area. The next day, you drive improvement work out in the operations, create structure in a complex issue, or support a manager with concrete tools to move forward.

You will move between the big picture and details, between strategy and daily life, between analysis and implementation. That is exactly where we believe you will thrive.

Travel is involved in the role.

• Drive and implement improvement and development projects within the business area.
• Support operational managers and regional managers with analysis, structure, tools, and implementation capability.
• Identify development opportunities and turn them into concrete solutions.
• Lead startups and other development initiatives within the business area.
• Work with quality, growth, and change work in close collaboration with managers and support functions.
• Contribute to dialogues and initiatives related to the business area's growth in close cooperation with business developers and management.
• Follow up on initiatives and ensure that development work leads to actual benefit in our operations.
• Contribute to Frösunda Omsorg continuing to develop future care with the human being at the center.

• Relevant higher education or university degree in care and social work, for example, a social worker or equivalent.
• Experience of working within LSS.
• Prerequisites to hold permits for LSS operations.
• Experience of driving development, change, or improvement work.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have experience of project management, change management, managerial roles, or work in a larger care organization.
