Who is the client?

Our client is an 18-year-old girl living in Sollentuna with her parents. She currently attends a adapted upper secondary school and is looking for an assistant who can help her with her routines during weekends.

She does not speak, but communicates more through body language and expressions of what she wants, and understands certain signs. She is usually lively and cheerful and enjoys physical contact.

You will help the client with support when she walks; otherwise, she uses a wheelchair. You will be present for transfers and help with hygiene routines, as well as accompany her during any activities. Additionally, the client is fed via a PEG tube in her stomach, and you as an assistant will receive an introduction to assist with this.

Who are you?

The client wishes for you to be female and have a genuine and kind personality with good social competence. Good communication skills in Swedish are required. There may be some heavy lifting, but usually, a family member can help with this.

What kind of position is this?

The client is currently looking for someone who can work weekends, primarily Sundays but also some Saturdays. The shifts mainly take place in the afternoons and can last between approximately 6-8 hours. You will spend most of the time at home and perhaps go out for a walk.
