About the Role

Our client is one of Sweden's most well-known e-commerce companies within the grocery sector, featuring a modern and high-tech facility in Farsta, south of Stockholm. They are now looking for an Office Manager who wants to be the hub of the operation – the person who holds the office together, solves problems before they arise, and ensures daily operations run smoothly for everyone.

This is a broad and varied role where you act as a generalist. No two days are alike, and you thrive in that environment – you enjoy variety, take initiative, and always find a solution.

Responsibilities

  • Receive visitors and manage the reception in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Coordinate and administer office functions and internal processes
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
  • Plan and book meetings, conferences, and events
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks
  • Maintain order and organization in the office and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Solve practical problems and think outside the box when needed

Conditions

  • Employment type: Temporary assignment via Simplex Bemanning
  • Location: Farsta, Stockholm
  • Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
  • Salary: According to agreement
  • Start date: Immediately, subject to notice period

Merits
