We are now looking for an experienced Management Coordinator / Executive Assistant for one of Sweden's leading automotive clients in Skövde! This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on June 1, 2026, and running through June 30, 2027. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis – do not wait to apply!

About the role

You will step into the heart of a dynamic organization and take on one of the most central and trusted roles, supporting several of the organization's executives. This is a role for you if you thrive on staying ahead of the curve, love juggling multiple priorities, and understand that the details matter. You will become a natural and trusted partner to the leadership – the person who ensures everything flows smoothly, even when the pace is fast.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, agendas, and availability at the executive level.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel – from start to finish.
  • Create, edit, and quality-assure documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as the central hub between internal and external contacts, often at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Handle administrative workflows such as financial processes and approval routines.
  • Drive own projects and processes independently with significant personal responsibility.
  • Support and coach junior colleagues in the team.

We are looking for:

  • A communicative and relationship-building personality with high integrity.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant, preferably with experience supporting senior executives (N-2 or equivalent).
  • Advanced knowledge from education and/or work experience that enables you to act independently and handle complex situations.
  • Experience working closely with leadership in a large organization, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent skills in the Office suite and the ability to produce neat, professional output.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
