Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a leisure-time center teacher (fritidshem) for grades F-3. Here you will have the opportunity to work alongside qualified colleagues!

As a leisure-time center teacher, you will help develop the activities for our students at the leisure-time center. You will collaborate with the classroom teachers during the school day and serve as an important link between school and the leisure-time center. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, evaluate, and develop the pedagogical work with the student group at the leisure-time center, based on current guidelines and planned activities. Your work within the team provides students with opportunities for development and learning. You promote participation and influence, offering a meaningful leisure time for our students.

Qualifications

Formal Competencies:

We are looking for you who are trained as a leisure-time center teacher. You also have experience working in school activities (grades F-3), and we would appreciate it if you have an interest in movement and outdoor activities.

Personal Competencies:

We are looking for you who place great value on creating trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You see all students as everyone's responsibility and have a warm view of students, assuming that all students do their best when they can. You are flexible and adapt easily to changed conditions and new information.

You are energized by contributing to others' learning and creating conditions for learning to take place. You are structured, set clear goals, and plan activities and projects well in advance.
