Job Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of an operation where quality, clarity, and the student's best interests are at the center?

In the role of teacher at Albanoskolan in grades 4-6, you teach students who are at the beginning of their middle school years and who are developing an increasing ability to take responsibility for their learning. You create structured and stimulating teaching that gives students good conditions to reach their knowledge goals and strengthen socially. Together with experienced and engaged colleagues, you contribute to a safe and well-functioning learning environment where student development is the focus.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching based on current regulatory documents.
• Support students' knowledge development through varied working methods and clear structure.
• Assess, document, and give feedback on students' learning.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where students feel motivation and study peace.
• Work with adaptations and extra support based on students' different needs.
• Collaborate in work teams and contribute to the school's development work.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• Legitimized teacher for grades 4-6
• Current knowledge of regulatory documents, such as the curriculum, course plans, and assessment criteria
• Proficiency in the Swedish language in speech and writing
