Who are we?

Floby School is a preschool to grade 9 school with approximately 350 students and an engaged staff working together to ensure every student succeeds. The intermediate school is growing, and therefore we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to become an important part of our operations.

Odensberg School is a preschool to grade 6 school with approximately 140 students, where teachers collaborate closely for the students' success. One of our colleagues is moving on to new challenges, so we are looking for her replacement.

About the role

As a teacher here, you lead the pedagogical work in the classroom by planning, implementing, and following up on teaching. You work together with colleagues and student health services to create the best possible conditions for each student to reach as far as possible.

Here, you are expected to work independently, structured, and professionally, but you are never alone – we help each other and develop the operations together.

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility for grades 4–6 and who want to make a difference for our students.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom who combines structure with creativity. You have a strong commitment to student learning and contribute energy and ideas to the work team.
