Are you the one who always gets the details right, keeps track of workflows, and ensures contracts are handled correctly from start to finish? Then we at SJR have the role for you!

We are looking for a Contract Administrator for our client who wants to work close to the business and become an important part of the company's Contract Management team in southern Stockholm. The assignment is full-time on-site (Office-first), starting as soon as possible and initially until September 30th.

About the role

Responsibilities

As a Contract Administrator, you are responsible for:

  • Contract registration — uploading service and financial agreements into the system
  • Invoicing
  • Contract follow-up — control, quality assurance, and ongoing administration
  • Asset management — registering and updating objects such as printers, etc.
  • Initiation and termination of contracts
  • Other administrative tasks related to contracts and finance

Qualifications

You have a bachelor's degree in economics or law. Experience in similar tasks is meritorious but not required. You are accustomed to working in different system environments and have excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel. Furthermore, you express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have experience in administrative work, preferably within contracts or invoicing.
