We are now looking for a Business Developer within Care and Social Services at the Social Office – a role where you will work with change management, development, and future-oriented issues in a business that has great significance for many people's daily lives.

Here you will have a varied and independent assignment where you drive development initiatives on behalf of the department, while collaborating closely with managers and other professions within the organization. The assignments vary in content and scope, giving you a varied workday with great opportunities to influence and contribute to development at several levels within the operations.

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Developer, you work with change and development assignments within care and social services. The assignment involves driving improvement work and supporting operations in developing sustainable and efficient working methods with the individual's needs in focus.

In this role, you drive improvements in processes, working methods, and routines, and take your own initiatives to drive development forward. The assignments may, for example, involve digitalization, process development, innovation, and business development. The work is based on legislation and political decisions where the needs of the operations and the individual are central. You support the operations in establishing and following up on goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze results, deviations, and trends as a basis for development and improvement.

You collaborate closely with managers and other professions within the administration and become an important part of the work to create consensus, development, and long-term sustainable solutions in the organization.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree in, for example, healthcare, social work, business development, or another area that the employer considers equivalent.

You have previously worked with development and improvement work. We consider it meritorious if you have experience leading projects and method development in a complex operation, as well as working in a politically governed organization. We would also like to see that you have experience in follow-up, evaluation, and analysis, particularly related to work with goals, KPIs, and results in development or change work.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have a good ability to adapt your message based on the target audience and context. You also have good digital skills and administrative abilities and find it easy to get into new systems and digital tools.

As a person, you are structured, confident, and proactive with the ability to drive work forward even in complex contexts. You are relationship-building and collaborative and find it easy to build good collaborations with different professions and operations.

Since travel to operations is included in the assignment, a B-class driver's license is meritorious.
