Gränges in Finspång is now looking for a Business Controller

Gränges is a leading global supplier of rolled aluminum products for heat exchanger applications and other niche markets. In the role of Business Controller, you will work closely with the operations in an international listed industrial group where development and change are in focus. You will become an important part of the finance function and contribute to the company's continued development.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in analysis, reporting, and follow-up for monthly and quarterly reporting
• Be responsible for parts of the budgeting and forecasting process
• Support operations with cost analysis and follow-up
• Participate in the ongoing updating of calculations and models
• Drive and contribute to projects and forums

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, who is detail-oriented and has strong collaboration skills. You thrive working independently but also enjoy contributing to a team. Experience in controlling within industry or production is advantageous but not required. You have a relevant academic degree such as a Master of Science in Business and Economics, a Master of Science in Engineering, or a similar field, and an interest in developing and optimizing processes. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, have good skills in Excel, and are confident using various systems. Additionally, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
