We are now looking for a Business Developer with a focus on quality work within Individual and Family Care – a new role where you will have great opportunities to help shape both the assignment and future working methods.

You will become part of the Economics and Business Development team within Individual and Family Care at the Social Services Office. Here you will have a varied and independent assignment where you drive development and improvement work on behalf of the department, while collaborating closely with managers and other professions within the administration.

The role has a clear focus on quality leadership and systematic quality work. You will become a key link between administration-wide quality work and the daily operations, contributing to creating structure, shared understanding, and sustainable working methods at several levels in the organization. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop work in a field that has great significance for people's living conditions and future.

YOUR ROLE

As a Business Developer within quality, you are responsible for driving, coordinating, and developing systematic quality work within Individual and Family Care. The role involves working both strategically and close to operations to create structure, shared understanding, and sustainable working methods in the organization. An important part of the assignment is to integrate quality work at the operational, departmental, and administrative levels.

You collaborate closely with managers and other professions and support issues related to quality leadership, contributing to self-control, follow-up, and analysis functioning as a natural part of operations.

As a Business Developer, you drive improvements in processes, working methods, and routines, and take own initiatives to drive development forward. The work is based on legislation and political decisions where the needs of the operations and the individual are central. You support operations in developing and following up on goals and key figures, and analyze results, deviations, and trends as a basis for development and improvement.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for you who have a university education in social work, social care, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.

You have experience in quality, development, or improvement work and are accustomed to working with developing, introducing, and following up on new working methods in operations. You have experience working in a politically governed organization with systematic quality work and relevant legislation within the social services area, such as SoL, LVU, and LVM.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have a good ability to adapt your message based on the target group and context. You also have good digital skills and administrative abilities and find it easy to get into new systems and digital tools.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and confident in driving work forward even in complex contexts. You are relationship-building and collaborative, build trusting relationships, and create participation in change and development work. We would like you to have experience leading groups, projects, or development work.

Since travel to operations may be part of the assignment, a B-driver's license is meritorious.
