Job Description

Then you might be the dedicated Service Technician/Inside Sales Representative we are looking for to join our client in Eskilstuna!
Our client is a recognized provider of first-class service and high-quality rental solutions. Their range includes everything from construction machinery and lifts to earthmoving equipment. They are now looking to strengthen their team with a driven individual who is passionate about both machines and people.
Responsibilities
- Representing the company by providing our customers with a world-class service experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Ensuring the highest quality and functionality of our machinery before rental.
- Clear documentation and follow-up of service cases and customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Valid B-class driver's license.
- Forklift license.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (important for customer contact and documentation).
- Good computer skills.
- Practical mindset, curious, and with a strong desire to learn new things.
You are a natural relationship builder who takes initiative and sees every customer meeting as an opportunity to deliver top-quality service. You are not only practical but also have a genuine drive to communicate, listen, and build trust.
- People-focused: You have a strong sense of service and are driven by customer satisfaction. You handle new contacts and stressful situations with natural calm and self-confidence.
- Takes responsibility and communicates: When a problem arises, you see it as a chance to listen, act, and find solutions together with both the customer and the team. Your ability to communicate and document is crucial for building long-term relationships.
- Practical and curious: You have a practical interest and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in service work is a plus, but your attitude and drive are the most important factors.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position during the summer with a high chance of extension after the summer.
- Daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
