About You We are looking for you with the right attitude and drive, preferably with previous successful experience in sales. You enjoy change, are motivated by development, and want to be at the forefront. You are curious, solution-oriented, and ready to go the extra mile for the customer. Having an interest in new technology, sustainability, and electrification is a big plus – but most importantly, it is the desire to learn and develop. In the Recharge concept, you work exclusively with electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, guiding customers through a transaction that often involves new choices, new technology, and many questions. Your role is to create security, understand the customer's needs, and offer the right solution. As a salesperson at Riddermark Bil, you work with the entire car transaction – from the first customer contact and test drive to delivery and aftercare. With Sweden's largest selection of used cars, your ability to quickly build relationships, conduct a relevant needs analysis, and explain complex technology in a simple way is crucial. You work in teams of 5–8 people together with a group manager who leads the team towards clear common goals, where performance, collaboration, and development are in focus.
