About the role

In this position, you will have a key role in our area team where your primary focus is to fill our vacant apartments quickly and efficiently. We have ambitious goals and strive for 0% vacancy.

You will work on building relationships and creating trust with apartment seekers and existing tenants. The administrative part of the rental process is handled by our central leasing unit in Malmö, which allows you to focus on being on-site in the area, conducting viewings, and strengthening our local presence.

Working hours may include evenings and weekends, and you will have the opportunity to work in an engaged team with high ambitions.

In your role as a Leasing Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting viewings and building long-term relationships with apartment seekers.
• Collaborating with our central leasing unit to facilitate an efficient rental process.
• Representing the company and building trust with our tenants and apartment seekers.

The position of Leasing Consultant is a 3-month consultancy assignment via Adecco with good opportunities for extension. Desired start date is immediate.

About you

We are looking for you who have a sales-oriented personality and love meeting people to offer solutions. You are a communication star with a natural ability to build relationships and create trust.

As a problem solver, you are both proactive, efficient, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are driven by achieving high results. Your passion for service ensures that tenants and customers always feel seen, heard, and well taken care of.

You are flexible and can adapt to the needs of the business, including working varying hours.

We believe that you:

• Are result-oriented and have the ability to engage both yourself and others.
• Have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hold a B-driver's license and have access to a car to reach our tenants and different areas.

An interest in leasing or the real estate industry is a plus, but most importantly, it is your right attitude and commitment. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
