We are currently looking for you to join our unique mission of contributing to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Trosa. At our store, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment covers the summer months, and the position is approximately 30 hours per week.

In your role as a sales associate

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, earliest from 06:00 and latest until 22:00 in June, July, and August.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.

Experience in a service profession and/or with food and beverage is considered an advantage.
