Your Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting staff for upcoming assignments for our clients in Eskilstuna and the surrounding area. The tasks may vary depending on the client. Common tasks include documentation, case processing, handling calls and emails, and archiving. The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with the company's customers. Therefore, a key part of the role is to provide personal and professional service. The duration of assignments and working hours may vary depending on the client.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are service-oriented and enjoy social contact with customers. You are a problem solver who maintains a positive attitude and treats the company's customers professionally. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and can share knowledge with others. Furthermore, you are responsible and see a challenge in exceeding customer expectations. Previous experience in the service industry is meritorious but not a requirement.
