Regional Sales Manager – Southern Sweden

Gymleco is now looking for a driven and relationship-building sales professional who wants to take over and develop our customer region in Southern Sweden. This role is perfect for you if you thrive on building long-term relationships, creating business, and working independently towards clear goals.
Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager at Gymleco, you are responsible for sales within your geographical area. You will take over an established customer base with existing clients, which you will further develop through ongoing contact, meetings, and follow-ups.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships in Southern Sweden
- Engage with customers via phone, email, digital meetings, and personal visits
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and new leads
- Actively work on new customer acquisition and proactive sales
- Prepare quotations and manage deals from initial contact to closing
- Represent Gymleco at trade shows, events, and industry meetings
- Contribute to strengthening Gymleco's brand presence in the market
Who are you?
- We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, engaged, and has a strong drive to create business. You enjoy meeting people and have a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Experience in B2B sales or the fitness industry is a plus.
