About the workplace

Nödinge/Kyrkbyskolan is a preschool to year 6 school located behind Ale Square in Nödinge. The school is divided into a lower school building and an intermediate school building on two sides of a large schoolyard. The school has approximately 650 students. In our values-based work, we use the PALS model.

Job responsibilities

• Support the school's compensatory mission so that students receive the support they need based on their prerequisites.
• Guide and support teachers in preventing and overcoming school difficulties by developing teaching, working methods, and learning environments.
• Be an active part of the school's systematic quality work, focusing on analyzing, following up, and developing measures that lead to increased goal fulfillment.
• Drive and support the development of an accessible learning environment within the framework of leadership and stimulation.
• Contribute to the work with pedagogical mappings as well as the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of action programs.

Qualifications

You are educated as a special needs teacher (specialpedagog).
