Accounting Consultant at Fidelis in Spånga

You will join a team of eighteen friendly colleagues where you will be responsible for your own customers and work with the entire process – from ongoing bookkeeping, customer and supplier accounts, to reconciliations, final accounts, and annual reports. Our customers range from sole proprietorships to large corporations.
For most of our customers, we function as an external finance department with daily recurring tasks, providing close and frequent contact with the client.
Fidelis has been in operation since 2008 and is located in spacious, bright offices near Spånga Station with excellent transport connections.
Typical responsibilities in the role
- Responsibility for own customers
- Prepare annual reports and income tax returns
- Work with Income Declaration 1 (Inkomstdeklaration 1)
Your areas of competence
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Customer and supplier accounts
- Reconciliations
- VAT and tax declarations
- Final accounts and annual reports
- Independent handling of complete final accounts and annual reports for limited companies
- Declarations
- Liquidity planning
- Monthly reporting
- Tax: Good knowledge of corporate tax, VAT, and employer contributions
- Advisory: Ability to act as a proactive advisor to the client, including analysis of financial reports
- Quality assurance: Experience in reviewing others' work and utilizing it in the context of annual reports
- Train or mentor colleagues as needed
- Advisory services within tax and financial management as needed
Your education and experience
- At least three years of experience in qualified accounting, preferably as an accounting consultant at a firm.
- Good knowledge of tax regulations, accounting standards, and accounting systems.
- Post-secondary education in economics/accounting (University College degree or University).
- System proficiency: Very good knowledge of accounting systems Fortnox, BL, and the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
