Based in Stockholm with hubs across Europe, we develop tailored financing solutions and build the financial infrastructure of tomorrow.

Our Legal team currently consists of three people who work closely with the business and support the entire organization. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will step into a group-level role and become a central piece in our daily operational activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you want to build a broad and solid foundation in corporate law as well as the finance and credit industry.

As we grow rapidly, you will get a unique insight into how an expanding group is managed. The tasks have an operational and administrative focus, and you will work broadly with everything from ongoing contract management to supporting our various subsidiaries.

Your main tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Assist the Legal team and CEO with ongoing legal and regulatory matters related to the group's activities in financing and lending, including advice on regulatory requirements and internal governance documents.

• Responsible for key administration at the group and subsidiary level, including drafting minutes, maintaining registers, and liaising with authorities and external parties.

• Review, structure, and administer commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

• Act as an accessible, reliable, and service-oriented internal contact point for our subsidiaries regarding their daily legal issues.

• Law degree (LL.M.).

• 1 year of experience in legal work (e.g., from a law firm, company, court clerk service, or relevant part-time work during studies).

• Experience or interest in fintech, financial regulation, lending, employment law, or corporate law is highly advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• A structured and solution-oriented approach with high integrity.
