Malmö Independent School is looking for a qualified music teacher for grades 1-6!
We are seeking an engaged and creative music teacher for instruction in grades 1–6.
About the position
As a music teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to spark curiosity and development through music. You will plan and conduct teaching according to the curriculum and help students develop both musicality and self-confidence.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a trained music teacher or has equivalent experience
- Is confident in teaching students in grades 1–6
- Can play one or more instruments
- Is positive, creative, and engaged
- Has good collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct music lessons
- Lead singing, rhythmics, and ensemble playing
- Prepare students for performances and school graduations
- Create an inspiring and secure learning environment
