Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated support assistant for a full-time position at our day activity center in Solna. You will become an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring our participants have a secure, stimulating, and developmental daily life. The work is based on each participant's individual needs and goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Support participants in their daily activities and engagement.
• Plan and conduct activities that promote development and well-being.
• Assist with meals and personal care.
• Document observations and report to responsible staff.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and secure atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is required.
• Healthcare or pedagogical education is required.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility, responsibility, and the ability to meet people with respect and engagement.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is considered an asset.
• Experience or training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is also considered an asset.
