Do you want to combine technology, customer contact, and business focus in an international environment?

We are now looking for a Customer Support Agent, Tech for our Customer Support Centre – a key role where you contribute to both customer satisfaction and business development.

About the role

As a Customer Support Agent, you work closely with our distributors worldwide. You act as a vital link between technology, sales, and aftermarket services, providing qualified support and driving solutions that create value for both customers and the business.

Your main responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Provide technical support regarding installations and products
  • Create instructions, cheat sheets, and improved working methods
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and instructional videos

Support to the Sales Team

  • Support the sales organization with technical expertise and documentation
  • Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and activities as needed

Service & Aftermarket

  • Handle warranty and claims cases
  • Follow up and ensure quality in aftermarket processes
  • Actively contribute to high customer satisfaction

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with Engineering and other internal functions
  • Contribute to the development of service networks and working methods
  • Participate in projects and improvement initiatives

Order Handling (as needed)

  • Receive and register orders
  • Actively inform distributors about accessories and complementary products
  • Ensure efficient and professional customer service via phone and systems

Who are you?

You are a service-oriented and solution-driven person with a genuine interest in technology. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and have the ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in technical support, customer service, or aftermarket
  • A structured and problem-solving approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Interest in technical products and installations
  • Good knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage)

The position is a permanent full-time employment under Unionen's collective agreement for the Technical Agreement. Start date according to agreement, and the position is located at the European headquarters in Stenkullen.
