We are looking for a Swimming Instructor at Malenbadet!

Responsibilities

As a swimming instructor, you are responsible for ensuring that the municipality's swimming school, conducted in three periods, is a success for the participating children. The goal is for the children to gain increased skills and leave with fond memories of their time at Malenbadet. The first swimming school period starts the week after Midsummer and runs for six weeks.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are at least 18 years old and value providing a friendly reception and top-quality service. We prefer that you have a swimming instructor education or other documented training/knowledge in the field. You should be service-oriented, ambitious, detail-oriented, and have good collaboration skills.

All employees at Malenbadet undergo mandatory lifeguard training before the season starts. This training includes pool safety, CPR, and work routines, which are crucial for visitor safety.

We expect all employees to assist with tasks where there is a need, regardless of your specific assigned role. Personal suitability is given great importance.
