We are now looking for an experienced Business Controller for an exciting assignment in Stockholm, where you will have a central role within the CFO Office and work closely with both management and various business areas.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead the group within Report & Consolidation

• Work with financial control, follow-up, and forecasts

• Be responsible for monthly reporting and management group reporting

• Develop business cases and analyze economic outcomes

• Collaborate with the strategy team on value realization in projects and development initiatives

• Contribute to the development of processes, models, and frameworks

You will become an important part of the operations, with the opportunity to influence, create structure, and contribute insights that drive the business forward.

• An academic education in economics or engineering/science

• Experience as a controller, preferably within the banking or financial industry

• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and economic control

• Ability to explain complex analyses in a clear and pedagogical manner

• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office

• Experience with accounting systems, preferably Cognos
