ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a social secretary to handle cases within elder care (assistance case management) as a colleague is moving on within the organization.

In the authority's care sector, everyone works together in a team, where we support and help each other with various cases. Our goal is to help the elderly and people with disabilities have their needs and rights met. We value a good collaboration climate and a good working environment, and are now looking for a colleague who shares the same approach as us.

As a social secretary (formerly assistance case manager), you investigate and decide on measures based on current legislation. With us, you will work with cases within elder care. You will work based on current guidelines and routines and are responsible for investigating, making decisions, and sending orders to providers in a legally secure manner. The work also includes follow-up and review of previously decided measures.

YOUR PROFILE

We are primarily looking for you who are educated as a social worker or behavioral scientist, but you who are at the end of your education are also welcome to apply. We believe that experience with authority decision-making is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you have previous work experience within elder care in any form, we see it as meritorious. Driver's license B and driving experience are required for the position.
