Residential Support Worker Wanted in Bålsta – Part-Time/Hours-Based

We are now looking for dedicated and reliable residential support workers for our supported housing facility for adults over 21 in Bålsta.

About the Role

As a residential support worker, you work closely with our residents and help them in their daily lives based on individual needs and implementation plans. The role involves creating structure, motivation, and security in daily life, as well as contributing to a positive and respectful living environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in people and social work
• Is secure, flexible, and solution-oriented

• Has good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in supported housing, care, or social work, as well as a valid driver's license, is an advantage

Personal suitability is highly valued.
