RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as a mathematics teacher for grades 4-9.

The assignment includes planning, implementing, and following up on the pedagogical work based on steering documents and the student's needs and interests, both individually and together in work teams and subject teams. You actively participate in the work to develop teaching at our school.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to have a Swedish teaching license with eligibility to teach mathematics and experience teaching students in grades 4-9.

You are engaged, relational, and driven by seeing students succeed in their schoolwork. You see collaboration with others and the development of your teaching as a matter of course.

You are skilled at building trusting relationships with both students and guardians as well as colleagues.

You see the work team as an asset in working forward for the students' best interests.

You lead your teaching with personal engagement and clear structure, creating an environment where students dare to try and fail.

You use the school's steering documents as a basis for planning your teaching.
