RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as a teacher in Swedish and English in grades 7-9.

The assignment includes planning, implementing, and following up on pedagogical work based on steering documents and the student's needs and interests, both individually and together with the work team. Mentorship is included in the position. You actively participate in the work to develop teaching at our school.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a teacher with a Swedish teaching license with eligibility to teach Swedish in grades 7-9. You also need to be eligible to teach at least one other subject, preferably English.

You are engaged, relational, and driven by seeing students succeed in their schoolwork. You see collaboration with others and the development of your teaching as a matter of course. You are skilled at building trusting relationships with both students and guardians as well as colleagues.

You see the work team as an asset in moving forward for the benefit of the students.

You lead your teaching with personal engagement and clear structure, creating an environment where students dare to try and fail.

You use the school's steering documents as a basis for planning your teaching.
