About the role

In the role of coordinator, you work with planning, coordinating, and administering various forums for national collaboration, both digitally and in person. You are an important support before, during, and after meetings and are responsible for, among other things, meeting bookings, participant management, dispatches, creating invitations, and quality assurance of minutes and other materials. You also help create structure, ensure the correct order in processes, and contribute to moving issues forward efficiently.

We would like you to be at the beginning of your career in e-health and digitalization and wish to develop within the field. The role gives you the opportunity to build knowledge about the sector and gradually take on greater responsibility in more content-related issues.

You belong to the unit for national coordination, which is responsible for the agency's external collaboration forms, national councils, and working groups. The unit develops common working methods and methodological support for external collaboration and coordinates dialogue and cooperation with national actors.

About you

We are looking for you who enjoy organizing and structuring your tasks and have a clear overview of what both you and others need to do. You have a good attitude and like working together with others towards common goals. It is no problem for you to change your priorities for the day if the job requires it, and you have the ability to see the big picture and how things connect.

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic degree in a relevant field
• experience in coordination and administration
• experience in coordination where you have had contact with several actors simultaneously
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious for the position if you have:

• experience with administration in Confluence and Jira
• experience working within e-health or digitalization of health, care, and social services.
