Senseworks was founded in 2019 and provides a world-leading analysis and audit platform as a SaaS service. We make it easy for auditors, accounting consultants, and CFOs to collaborate and ensure companies are run in the best possible way, and we are now expanding rapidly.

We are looking for you who are an auditor and who are also driven by improving the way we work. Perhaps you are wondering what comes next, and maybe the answer is to help shape the audit tools of the future.

What you will do

You will work together with our product team to develop and improve the Senseworks platform. You will contribute your deep understanding of how auditing works in practice and ensure that we build the right things in the right way.

  • Assist our product teams with domain knowledge and understanding of auditors' actual workflows.
  • Communicate with users at firms and conduct research to verify that we are solving the right problems.
  • Specify requirements for new features and be active in prioritizing our product roadmap.
  • Communicate with stakeholders such as FAR, the Swedish Inspectorate of Auditors, and firm managers.

The goal is for you to grow into a product owner role for one or more of our products after a while.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a senior auditor with at least 5 years of experience. The most important thing is not that you can do product development from day one; it is that you understand the daily life of auditors, enjoy meeting people, and are curious about technology.

  • You are motivated by finding smart solutions and want to find better ways to do things.
  • You enjoy meeting and communicating with customers and users.
  • You have a good understanding of auditing and relevant regulations (ISA, RedR, ÅRL, ABL, etc.).
  • You are curious and eager to learn new things, such as data, UX, and product development.

Experience with audit software such as Hogia, Visma, or Wolters Kluwer is a plus.

What we offer

  • Influence over the company's direction.
  • Stock option program: become a shareholder in the company.
  • Personal education budget and a culture that encourages learning.
  • Wellness allowance and wellness hour: exercise during working hours.
  • Flexible work: work when and where it suits you best.
  • Office in Science Park in Umeå, 30 seconds from IKSU.
