About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the customer's entire order journey – from initial contact to delivery and follow-up. You ensure that orders are registered correctly, followed up on, and delivered as planned, while maintaining continuous dialogue with customers and internal functions.
The role is broad and involves close collaboration with sales, production planning, and logistics to create efficient and stable flows. You also handle invoicing queries, complaints, and discrepancies, ensuring that customer and order data is accurate and up-to-date in the business system.
An important part of the job is contributing to the improvement and development of processes and working methods, where you actively participate in creating even more efficient flows and a better customer experience.
Examples of tasks:
- Receiving, registering, and following up on customer orders
- First point of contact for customers and order placers
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Invoicing and follow-up of invoice-related questions
- Complaint handling and follow-up of discrepancies
- Coordination between customer, sales, production, and logistics
- Follow-up of deliveries and changes in orders
- Database maintenance and ensuring correct data in the system
- Contributing to the improvement of routines and working methods
- Active collaboration within the team and with other functions
The position is located at Axel Christiernsson in Nol, just north of Gothenburg. You can easily get here by car or commuter train, with a station in close proximity to the factory. The work is scheduled on weekdays with flexible hours (7.5 hours per day), usually within the range of 07:00–16:30.
About You

You are easy to work with and thrive in an environment where many touchpoints meet, both internally and externally. You are confident working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to drive your work forward even when conditions change.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good system proficiency. Experience with business systems is meritorious, with Iptor being a plus. You have an understanding of order flows and customer service processes and enjoy handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously.
As a person, you are service-oriented and solution-focused, with confidence in your communication and a natural ability to build trust. You are structured and meticulous, while also being flexible and adaptable when the pace changes. You have "thick skin" in dialogues with both customers and colleagues, and you actively contribute to the team with energy, responsibility, and a willingness to collaborate.
