Example of tasks

As a building permit processor, you will work with investigating, reviewing, and processing building permit cases. Additionally, you will plan and follow up on practices. You are expected to work independently based on guidelines and practices.

Your background, experience, and competence

• Good experience working independently as a building permit processor, with at least two years of experience in building permit processing.

• Documented knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act (Förvaltningslagen) and the Planning and Building Act (PBL).

• Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Relevant education for carrying out the assignment. The client reserves the right to assess what is considered relevant education.

What we offer

You will be employed by Jurek Talents. The position is full-time (100%). The assignment starts immediately and runs until September 30th.

The introduction takes place on-site, after which there is an opportunity for some remote work by agreement.
