About the Role

As a teacher here, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for both practical and theoretical teaching. In the work group, you are also responsible for securing APL (workplace-based learning) placements and mentoring students during their APL period. You will also develop and adapt teaching materials to meet the students' needs and ensure that the education meets both industry and the Swedish National Agency for Education's requirements.

You will teach within the Plumbing and Property program with a focus on property.

The education provides participants with knowledge in:

• Service, operation, and maintenance of properties
• Energy-technical installations and their functions
• Technical documentation and systems thinking
• Control technology and energy optimization
• Work environment regulations, safety rules, and environmental considerations
• Communication and service in meetings with customers and contractors

We are looking for you who

• Have worked as a vocational teacher for training as a property manager, property caretaker, or property technician for at least 3–5 years (full-time) or equivalent for part-time.
• Have at least 1 year of practical professional experience from the property industry.
