Senseworks was founded in 2019 and provides a world-leading analysis and audit platform as a SaaS service. We make it easy for auditors, accounting consultants, and CFOs to collaborate and ensure companies are run in the best possible way, and we are now expanding rapidly.

We are looking for someone who truly masters audit standards and wants to use that knowledge to modernize how auditing is conducted. Perhaps you are currently a methodology manager at a firm and are ready for the next step.

What you will do

You will be responsible for developing and documenting Senseworks' audit methodology. You will make interpretations and practical choices to support our vision of automating auditing with full compliance with laws and regulations. You will be the face of methodology matters and work closely with our product team.

• Develop and quality-assure our methodology, documenting and justifying choices
• Stay updated on regulations and continuously update our methodology
• Communicate with stakeholders such as FAR (The Swedish Institute of Certified Accountants), the Swedish Inspectorate of Auditors, and firm managers
• Configure templates and regulations in the Senseworks platform
• Act as a sounding board for product managers regarding methodology issues
• Communicate our methodology to customers and stakeholders in text and occasionally in video

Who we are looking for

You have at least 5 years of experience in auditing and are deeply knowledgeable about ISA and other regulations. You have seen audit standards implemented in various firms and have a genuine interest in improving the industry. Experience as a methodology manager is a plus.

• Very good understanding of audit regulations (ISA, RedR, ÅRL, IL, ABL, etc.)
• Skilled at explaining complex matters in a simple and clear way
• Forward-looking, solution-oriented, and enjoys challenging traditional ways of doing things
• Good computer skills and a technical interest

It is an advantage if you can communicate technical terms in English, both orally and in writing.
