About the role:
The role of Complaint Handler involves providing administrative support in complaint cases and minor investigations, with many points of contact both internally and externally.

Example of tasks:

• Create return orders and dispatch notifications in the business system
• Create dispatch notifications for returns both domestic and international
• Handle order acknowledgment from suppliers and keep the business system updated with delivery dates for complained material
• Responsible for reporting complaint-related information internally
• Responsible for following up on delivery dates for complaints with our suppliers
• Support SQA in minor investigations
• Responsible for cases related to standard components

Requirements

• Experience and understanding of business systems
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience in administrative work

Meritorious

• Experience with SAP
