Are you studying economics or do you have previous experience in finance, and are you looking for a part-time role where you can quickly take on responsibility? We are now looking for a confident and unpretentious finance assistant who wants to support a finance team during the summer on a 50% basis.

About the role

In this role, you will primarily work with supplier invoices and ongoing financial administration. Clear guides and support are available on-site, and you will work closely with the team in daily operations.

Responsibilities

The role involves handling ongoing financial tasks such as invoice processing, bank accounting, reconciliations, and simpler reporting. You will be a central resource for maintaining daily operations.

  • Post supplier invoices and forward them for approval
  • Handle bank bookings and payments
  • Reconcile payments and discrepancies related to customers
  • Handle reminders, credit notes, and simpler support cases regarding invoices
  • Prepare simpler liquidity reports in Excel
  • Monitor and handle incoming cases in the finance email inbox

We are looking for someone who

  • Has basic knowledge of accounting, including posting supplier invoices and bank transactions.
  • Has good experience with Excel.
  • Is studying economics or a related field.
  • Is available throughout the entire summer period.
