Do you want to work with administration and document review within life insurance? We are now looking for a careful and communicative lawyer for an assignment with one of the larger insurance companies in Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and runs until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension.

About the role As an insurance handler within fund life insurance, you will work with review and administration related to beneficiary designations within life and pension insurance. The role involves ensuring that incoming documents are legally correct, clearly formulated, and possible to register according to current regulations and internal routines. You will become part of a small team at the office in Stockholm, where collaboration, accuracy, and structure are central.

Job Description Your main tasks include:

  • Review of incoming beneficiary designations
  • Ensuring that documents are legally correct and cannot be misinterpreted
  • Identifying ambiguities and handling clarifications if necessary
  • Registration and administration in internal systems
  • Ongoing document management and quality assurance
  • Communication with internal and external parties via email and phone

We are looking for you who:

  • Are a newly graduated lawyer
  • Are careful, structured, and have a good eye for detail
  • Thrives in an administrative and rule-based environment
  • Have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience from insurance, pension, banking, or other rule-based operations
  • Experience in document or contract management

Duration of assignment Scope: 100% Start: Immediate End date: 2026-12-31 with possibility of extension
