We are now looking for a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented IT Coordinator who wants to contribute to ensuring our IT support is secure, purposeful, and creates real value for the organization.

About the role

As an IT Coordinator, you will play a central role at the intersection of operations, IT operations, IT, and external suppliers. You will act as a crucial link between our internal needs and the IT solutions required to ensure the organization functions efficiently, securely, and sustainably.

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating, developing, and following up on the organization's IT-related needs. You will work closely with operations, suppliers, and the IT department at Härjedalen Municipality, as well as the IT departments/functions in Berg and Bräcke, to ensure that IT support functions well, develops appropriately, and adheres to current requirements regarding security, architecture, and governance. The role also includes supporting the implementation of new systems and working methods, as well as working with documentation, information security, and equipment needs.

As an IT Coordinator, you will also follow up on deliveries, contracts, and service quality, contribute to information security and data protection work, and coordinate the need for IT equipment and hardware with suppliers.

We are looking for someone who has

• Post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working at the intersection of operations, IT operations, and IT.
• Good understanding of IT systems, integrations, and digital working methods.
• Experience in coordination, requirements specification, or project work.
• Basic knowledge of information security and data protection, e.g., GDPR.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Very good knowledge of M365, operations, and development.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from the public sector or municipal companies.
• Experience with governance models.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and standards.
• Experience with procurement or supplier management.
• Knowledge within digitalization, automation, or AI.
• Experience with change management.
