Do you want to help develop digital working methods in a socially vital operation? We are now looking for a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented IT Coordinator who wants to contribute to ensuring our IT support is secure, appropriate, and creates real value for the business.

About the role

As an IT Coordinator, you will have a central role at the intersection of operations, IT operations, IT, and external suppliers. You will act as a key link between our internal needs and the IT solutions required to ensure the business operates efficiently, securely, and sustainably.

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating, developing, and following up on the business's IT-related needs. You will work closely with the business, suppliers, and the IT department at Härjedalen Municipality, as well as the IT departments/functions in Berg and Bräcke, to ensure that IT support functions, develops, and complies with current requirements for security, architecture, and governance. The role also includes supporting the introduction of new systems and working methods, as well as working with documentation, information security, and equipment needs.

As an IT Coordinator, you will also follow up on deliveries, contracts, and service quality, contribute to information security and data protection work, and coordinate the need for IT equipment and hardware with suppliers.

Location: Sveg or Hackås

We are looking for someone who has

• Post-secondary education in IT, system science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working at the intersection of operations, IT operations, and IT.
• Good understanding of IT systems, integrations, and digital working methods.
• Experience in coordination, requirements specification, or project work.
• Basic knowledge of information security and data protection, such as GDPR.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Very good knowledge of M365, operations, and development.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from the public sector or municipal companies.
• Experience with governance models.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and standards.
• Experience with procurement or supplier management.
• Knowledge in digitalization, automation, or AI.
• Experience in change management.
