About the School

Fågelmara School is a grades F-6 school with approximately 110 students. The school is beautifully situated in the eastern part of the municipality. It is a school where we all strive to give every student the best possible conditions to succeed in their education, both socially and academically. Our motto is: "Become your best self".

The operational idea of Fågelmara School is to make the activities accessible to all students from a salutogenic perspective. Our guiding principle is KANT: Knowledge, Responsibility, Curiosity, Security.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a class teacher with a teaching license for grades 4–6. As a teacher, you have a central role in developing teaching by using varied working methods. An important part of your work is to establish a safe and study-friendly environment in the classroom, where students feel secure and motivated to learn.

You will also work actively to build strong professional relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative atmosphere at the school.

Qualifications

• You have a teaching license for grades 4–6.
• You are skilled at creating and strengthening internal and external collaborations, as well as building new relationships and nurturing existing ones.
• You enjoy working in teams and strive for common goals.
• It is natural for you to compromise and to share information and knowledge.
• Communication and clarity are important, as is the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and to give and receive constructive feedback.
