ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Skellefteå. We are looking for someone who wants to work as an hourly substitute immediately + work on a temporary basis during the summer! To be considered for the position, you must be able to work to some extent during the summer.

The working hours are as follows:

  • 07:00-15:00

  • 15:00-22:00

  • 22:00-07:00 (awake and night watch)

Start date is by agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his mid-30s. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and epilepsy. The assistance tasks are of a supervisory and guiding nature.

The duties include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Medication, help, and guidance

The client uses communication aids.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written

  • Non-smoker

MERITS

  • Experience with autism

  • Experience with low-affective handling

  • Experience working within healthcare and social care

Employment level: 2 hourly substitutes

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and approve using your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
