ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in Skellefteå. This is to be able to step in at short notice during sick leave and other absences in the regular staff group.

Working hours are primarily during the day and evening, but night work may occur.

• 07:00-14:00

• 14:00-21:30

• 22:00-08:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 13-year-old girl who likes animals, dancing, video games, and crafts. She cannot speak for herself but shows emotions clearly and makes some sounds. She has recently received a handheld computer with eye-tracking, which will eventually serve as a communication aid. The client has epilepsy.

Duties include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

The client uses an electric wheelchair and communication aids.

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language

• Tolerance for fur-bearing animals – a cat lives in the home

Employment level: On-call assistant as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you must present a certificate of good conduct. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both the certificate of good conduct and the suspicion register extract. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
