We are now looking for a mid/senior Business Analyst consultant for an exciting assignment closely linked to operations, change, and data.

In this role, you will work closely with the business and serve as a crucial bridge between commercial needs, requirements, and solutions. This assignment is perfect for you if you are confident in the BA role, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in environments where you can drive dialogue, structure requirements, and manage various stakeholders.

During the initial phase of the assignment, the consultant is required to be on-site in Oslo approximately 2–3 days per week. After the first few months, the on-site presence is expected to decrease. All travel expenses are covered by the client.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, requirements analyst, or similar role

• Ability to capture, analyze, and structure business requirements

• Very strong social and communication skills

• Confidence in handling difficult conversations with the business and various stakeholders

• Ability to create momentum, clarity, and alignment

• High energy levels and a proactive approach to work (preferred)

• Experience from retail or related industries is a plus

• Experience working closely with data analysis or in projects focused on data is a plus
